At JFE, we provide an extensive sushi academy program and teach franchisees all the essentials to operate our stores successfully. You will learn the techniques of sushi making including fish preparation, nigiri/sashimi techniques and all our menu items. You’ll also learn key food safety precautions and JFE’s standard for customer service, what we call “selling sushi not just making sushi”.
The Academy provides a hands-on learning experience with our executive chef. The Academy is another example of our commitment to setting franchisees up for success and providing our customers a unique culinary experience!
